92, of Allegan, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, September 17, 2015 at the Allegan Medical Care Community. Charlotte was born September 30, 1922, in San Francisco, California, the daughter of Edward and Meta (Raduechel) Vickery. She was a graduate of Kalamazoo Central High School. Charlotte was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who always put her family first. She was a past member of the First Reformed Church for many years. Surviving are her daughter, Sandra Morris; daughter-in-law, Fran VanderRoest; nine grandchildren, Scott Morris, Brian and Laurie Morris, Elisabeth Morris, Julie VanderRoest, Jenni and Jon Dustin, Lisa and Phil Tyson, Laura Emmons, Rob and Jes VanderRoest, Steve and Michelle VanderRoest; five great grandchildren, Kaylee and Benjamin Morris, Eva, Zaya and Troy VanderRoest, and many cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert and son, Robert Jr. Friends may meet with the family on Monday, September 21, 2015, from 6-8 pm, at the Gorden Funeral Residence, Hopkins Chapel, where the funeral services will be held at 10 am on Tuesday, September 22, 2015. Pastor John Rowe will officiate. Interment will take place at Fort Custer National Cemetery in Augusta.
