Allegan Twp., MI, died Thursday, August 16, 2007 at the Allegan Country Estates. Mrs. Matson was born December 30, 1908 in Allegan, the daughter of Ray and Lizzie (Allen) Adams. She was a member of the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd. Surviving are 1 son and his wife, Robert and Jane Claus of New York; 2 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; 1 brother, Ronald Adams of Three Rivers; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert, son, Dudley Carson. Friends may meet with the family from 6-8 p.m. Sunday at the Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel. Services will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd. Father William R. Whiting and Father Terry Haughn officiating. Interment Oakwood Cemetery, Allegan.
