of Shelbyville, died Saturday, September 27, 2014, at her home. Cathy was born July 5, 1960, in Allegan, the daughter of the late, Richard and Gloria Brown. She graduated from Hopkins High School in 1978. Surviving are her husband: Rod; 2 children: Shannon and Jason Crame, Chad and April Brown; 3 grandchildren: Dallas, Gage, and Carter; 2 brothers: Jim and Jenny Brown, Chuck and Chris Brown; her sister: Kim and Bryan Chiaramonte; 3 step brothers and sisters: Amy and Garry Barksdale, Randy and Kristi Steffes, Rob and Tracy Meendering; many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her mother and father and her brother, Bruce. Friends may meet with the family on Wednesday, October 1, 2014, from 11 -1 pm, at the Gorden Funeral Residence, Hopkins Chapel, where services will be held at 1 pm. Pastor Jim Collison will officiate. Interment at Maplewood Cemetery, Hopkins Twp. Memorials may be made to the Great Lakes Caring Hospice, 900 Cooper St., Jackson, MI 49202
