of Allegan, died Tuesday, January 22, 2008 at her home. Mrs. Zaczek was born September 11, 1942, in Chicago, IL, the daughter of Frank and Gertrude (Hosch) Eigenbauer. Carolyn was a member of the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Allegan for many years. She worked for over 32 years at Allegan General Hospital as a Registered Nurse, having received her degree from Kalamazoo Valley. Surviving are her 5 children, John and Sheryl Zaczek and Richard Zaczek all of Gobles, Mitchell and Sandi Johnson of Kalamazoo, Jannette and Craig Tyler and Liza Zaczek all of Allegan, 13 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, 2 brothers, Philip and Georgene Eigenbauer and Edward and Eve Eigenbauer, 1 sister, Marie Jacobs, all of Illinois, several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard, her granddaughter, Brittney, 1 brother, Robert, and her sister, Dorothy Jefferson. Friends may meet with the family on Saturday from 12 noon till service time at 2pm, at the Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel. The Rosary will be recited at 1:30 on Saturday. Rev. Fr.
