Carolyn Mae Strobridge, 87, of Allegan, MI passed away Monday, April 28, 2025 at Briarwood Assisted Living.  Born April 11, 1938 in Stanton, MI, she was the daughter of the late Victor and Lovina (Dingman) Buchholz.  At the age of 16, Carolyn married Gary Strobridge and they welcomed their first child together two years later.  She worked as a quality assurance technician at Perrigo for many years prior to retirement.  Carolyn was a very active member of Allegan Bible Church where she belonged to the Tuesday Women's Bible Study Group and loved to help in the kitchen.  She was a master gardener with an amazing green thumb that could make anything grow.  The center of Carolyn's world was her family and faith.  She will be dearly missed by all who loved her.

Carolyn is survived by her children, Paul (Jackie) Strobridge, Louise (Mark) Crim and Lois (Dan) Garlock; William (Wanda) Buchholz, Raymond Buchholz and Marilyn (Terry) Lueder; grandchildren, Jeremie, Valerie, Janice, Mary, Kate, Beth and Rachel; and eleven great-grandchildren.  Along with her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by her sister-in-law, Pat Buchholz.

The family will receive friends at Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel, on Thursday, May 1, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM with a funeral service beginning at 12:00 PM.  Carolyn will be laid to rest in Millgrove Cemetery.  Memorial donations may be made to Allegan Bible Church, 412 Sherman St., Allegan, MI, 49010.
