Brian James Carns, 58 of Allegan, passed away Thursday, July 11, 2019. Born April 19, 1961 in Allegan, Michigan, he was the son of late James Roger and Wanda (Caulkins) Carns. Brian was a true farmer and enjoyed driving around the farm, watching the crops grow, checking out the cattle process and overseeing the total operation of the farm. His John Deere tractors were one of his favorite pieces of equipment. He had a wealth of knowledge that he was more than happy to share with you, sometimes you didn't even have to ask. In his spare time, he enjoyed deer hunting, but no matter what he did, nothing compared to the farm. Brian loved his boys and family very much. His presence in their lives will be missed. Brian is survived by his four sons, Kelly (Allison) Carns, Chris (Kaileigh) Carns, Conner Carns and Cooper Carns; his four grandchildren, Brantley, Adalynn, Haven and Granger; his brother, Bruce (Ann) Carns; and his two sisters, Cheryl (Keaven) Noteboom and Janet (Bill) Nagel; as well as several nieces and nephews.
