Allegan, MI, died February 5, 2010 at home. Billy was born April 6, 1975 in Gary, IN, the son of Clarence and Connie (Sparks) Ross. He had worked in Allegan as a Home Health Aide at Sunset House. He loved hunting, fishing and mud running. Surviving are his wife, Cherie; 4 children, Tyler Ross, Allegan, Daniel Towns of Alabama, Hailee Ross and Jenna Ross, both at home; mother and stepfather, Phillip and Connie Cobbs of Tennessee; step grandparents, Verlin Cobbs and Wanda Cobbs, 2 brothers, John Ross of Alabama and Jo Jo Ross of Indiana; 2 sisters, Jennie Price and Vern McLaughlin and Wanda Price, all of Tennessee; 2 nieces and 1 nephew; several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father and a nephew. Memorial services will be held Tuesday, Feb. 9, at 2 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. President David Hagerty officiating.
