LEE, Betty Mae Allegan, MI, went to be with her Lord, Tuesday, Aug. 12, 2003. Mrs. Lee was born May 30, 1926 in Dresden, TN, the daughter of Robert and Emma (Smith) Culver. She attended the Faith Covenant Church of Allegan. Surviving are 9 children and their spouses, Ann and Gary Bennett of Allegan, Edward and Jean Greer and Jean Armstrong, all of Tennessee, Faye and Jim Tyria of Allegan, Jo and Mike Parham of Tennessee, Sue and Delbert Caswell of Allegan, Mickey and Sandy Greer of Tennessee, Wayne and Gloria Greer of Otsego, and Debbie and Jim Helton of Kentucky; 24 grandchildren; 33 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandson; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, 6 brothers, 1 sister, and an infant son, Luther E. Greer, Jr. Friends may meet with the family from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel, where funeral services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. Pastor Bill McKay officiating.
