of Allegan, died Friday, August 24, 2012, at Golden Orchards in Fennville. Bea was born January 19, 1915, in Grand Rapids, the daughter of Henry and Genevieve Swifink. She had attended the First Baptist Church in Allegan most of her life. She loved to garden, and grow roses, and was able to bowl and golf a good game. Surviving are her 3 children; Robert and Pat Grinnell, Cheryl and Joe Meade, and Ron and Cheryl Grinnell, 4 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and 4 great great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth, great granddaughter, Courtney, brother, Marvin, and her sister, Evelyn Pierce. Friends may meet with the family on Monday, August 27, from 10 am till service time at 12 noon, at the First Baptist Church, Pastor Greg Carlson will officiate. Private interment at Hudson Corners Cemetery, Allegan Twp. Memorials may be made to the Wings of Hope Hospice in Allegan, or Hospice of Holland.
