Bloomingdale, MI, died Thursday, May 31, 2007 at the Allegan Country Estates. Mrs. Sonnerville was born January 12, 1943 in Sibley, Iowa, the daughter of Carl and Myra (Mercer) Tripp. She had been employed as a cook at the former Pine Oaks Nursing home (Metron of Allegan), had drove a milk truck, and was a bus driver for the Allegan Co. Development Center. She was a member of the Eagles and Moose Lodges for many years, a member of the Red Hat Society, Mich-Chix Chapter of Allegan and Okee-Dokie-Dames of Clewiston, FL. She loved all kinds of music and dancing. She enjoyed playing cards, amusement parks, traveling and people. Surviving are 3 children, Ben and Robin Jones of Allegan, Rhonda Gomber and Jim Ready of Parchment, and Heidi and Carl Ream of Allegan; 1 stepdaughter, Tiffany; 6 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; 2 sisters-in-law, Alberta and Aleta (Sonnerville); 1 brother-in-law, Allen Sonnerville; special sister, Elaine Snyder of Allegan and extended family, Richard and Inga Sharron of Vermont and their children, Zack, Tyler, Joshua and Katy; special friend, Beverly Aguilar of Fennville. She was preceded in death by 2 husbands and 1 grandson. Friends may meet with the family from 6-8 p.m. Sunday at the Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel, where funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. Rev. G. Patrick White officiating.
