Barbara Jean Cochran, 84 of Allegan, MI passed away peacefully on November 25, 2021 in Kalamazoo, MI. She left to join her husband of 55 years, Mickey Cochran, and daughter, Lorrey Michela. She will be deeply missed by her son Tim and his spouse Laura Cochran of Caledonia, MI; her son Rollie and his spouse Kimberley Cochran of Clovis, CA; her son Mike Cochran of Gobles, MI; her son Doug Cochran and his spouse Alec Bisaha of Hilliard, OH; seven grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren and many dear long-time friends. Although born on December 31, 1936 in Chicago, IL, she was a lifelong resident of West Michigan. Barbara had a lifetime love of family, friends, horses and all things woodland. A self-taught artist, her country style paintings found their way into countless hearts and homes throughout the region. As the loving, nurturing, funny, strong and committed foundation of a family, she has left a living legacy.
