Hamilton, MI, died Thursday, February 7, 2008 at the Henry Ford Medical Center in Detroit. Mr. Rechul was born April 26, 1918 in Johnstown, PA, the son of Michael and Mary (Bandurowicz) Rechul. He was a member of the Allegan Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church and the Tulip City Air Force Model Airplane Club. Surviving are 2 children, Louise (Charles) Napolitan of Trenton and Robert Rechul of Waterford; 2 grandchildren, Robert and Josette; 5 great grandchildren, Cody, Christian, Anthony, Gina and Teresa. He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen, and son, Jerry. Friends may meet with the family from 6-8 p.m. Sunday at the Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel, where the Rosary will be recited at 6:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church.
