age 100, of Gwinn, Michigan, formerly of Allegan, died Monday, August 22, 2005 at the Marquette County Medical Care Facility in Ishpeming. Mrs. Wilson was born August 1, 1905 in Epoufette, MI, the daughter of William and Mary (LaVake) Prout. She had been employed as a cook for the Dearborn School System for 25 years. She moved to Marquette in 1989 to live with her niece and her husband. She was a life member of the Order of the Eastern Star and enjoyed reading and watching old movies. Surviving are1 niece, Madeline and Jim Alderson of Gwinn; 2 nephews, Calvin and Sis Prout of Negaunee, and Terry Prout of Marquette; several grand nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carol Wilson, and brother, Charlie Prout.
