73, of Hamilton, passed away on Saturday, January 16, 2016 at Heartland of Holland in Holland, Michigan. Mrs. Long was born on May 11, 1942, in Grand Haven, Michigan, the daughter of the late William and Dorothy (Hossler) Snyder. Anna worked at Perrigo Company for 25 years. She and her husband, Junior, loved spending time together. Garage sales were high on the list of fun things to do and great deals to achieve. Anna also enjoyed to collect "things." Junior and Anna's time at Sandy Pines created many memories, with many golf cart rides around the park. Anna is survived by her husband of 58 years, Junior; five children: Steve and Vicki Long, Ron and Becky Long, June and Mike VanderKamp, Shelly and Troy Miller, Jerry and Amy Long; 22 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren; four brothers: Bill and Jackie Snyder, Dale and Karen Snyder, Tom and Juanita Snyder, Wayne and Arlene Prater; two sisters: Hope and Don Waidelich, Christine Helms; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by a son, Roger, and her parents. A graveside service will take place at a later date.
