of Allegan. Passed away January 22, 2012 in Kalamazoo. She was born July 8, 1908, the daughter of the late Norman and Margaret Moffit. She graduated from Kalamazoo Central High School. She worked for Parchment Paper Company. She was married to Dyton A. Foster on May 10, 1940; he preceded her in death in 1972. Together, Alice and Dyton owned and operated a dairy farm in Allegan. Surviving are her daughter, June Foster; her sister-in-law, Mary Lee Moffit; three nieces, Peggy Moffit, Lu Ann Cooper and Gloria Moffit; and five nephews, Doug Comee, Ronald Moffit, Joel Moffit, Pat Moffit and Mike Moffit. She was preceded in death by a sister, Geraldine Comee; and two brothers, Edgar Moffit and Ted Moffit. Friends may visit with the family from 12:00 - 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 28, 2012 at the Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel, where a funeral service will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Pastor Fred Perry will officiate with burial in Mallory Cemetery.
