age 48, of Allegan, died Friday, December 27, 2013 at his home. He was born August 30, 1965 in Allegan, Michigan, the son of Roy "J" and Thelma (Bouwman) Thompson. Robbie will be remembered for his love to hunt and fish. He is survived by his girlfriend Laura Benthin; his children: Josh Nevenzel, Nicole Benthin, Zachary Benthin; his mother: Thelma Thompson, sisters: Sheryl (David) Bloss, Rhonda (Terry) Worden, Laurie (Jason) Courtney; his brother Royal "J"(Joyce) Thompson; Josh's mother Shirley Nevenzel; and many other family members and friends. Robbie is preceded in death by his father Roy "J", and his nephew Gregory Courtney. Friends may meet with the family for a Remembrance Gathering on Saturday, January 11, 2014 from 3-5:00 P.M. at Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel.
