Arthur Meunier Obituary

Arthur J. Meunier, 83 of Allegan, passed away Friday, July 21, 2017 at Life Care Center of Plainwell. Mr. Meunier was born April 12, 1934 in Allegan, Michigan, the son of the late Arthur and Louise (Huppie) Meunier. He proudly served his country in the United States Army. Arthur came from a large family. Even though he never married, he was surrounded by family and would keep everyone entertained with his stories and great memories of the past. There was always laughter when Arthur was around. He was also very talented, teaching himself how to sew, making his own pants or adding pockets to clothing and making a variety of crafty items out of wood or anything else that he thought would make a unique gift. Arthur was a thoughtful and loving person who made the world a better place by being in it. His stories and laughter will be missed. Remembering Arthur with love are his siblings, Carl (Darlene), Robert and Evelyn; and many nieces and nephews. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Shirley, Helen, Rose and Kate; and his brothers, Harper and George. Inurnment will take place at Lindsley Cemetery, Cheshire Township.
